The Johnson Family.
A native of Watertown, Jake started his professional and entrepreneurial career in 2005 at 19 years old with the founding of Jake’s Lawn Care, Inc. Through hard work and dedication, Jake grew the company rapidly. Throughout his lawn care and garden center career Jake purchased, rehabilitated, and sold single family real estate as a hobby. This hobby ignited his passion for real estate.
In 2018, Jake turned his focus to real estate. That January, Jake was running 6 companies and owned 9 properties which included 21 rental units and one island residence. In March of 2020, Jake sold Jake’s Lawn Care, Inc. which enabled him to turn all his focus and energy on building his real estate portfolio. Despite the rapid growth of Jake Johnson Properties, the company continued to focus on providing the community with the most meticulously maintained residential and commercial units.
Jake is a husband, father, and friend to many in Watertown. He has a strong personal network branching from California to New York with some of the best real estate investors.
Jake is devoted to continually educating himself and others on his love of real estate.
